Very Berry No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream
A can’t-miss dessert at this summer’s cookout is Very Berry No-Churn Vanilla Ice Cream, made with only 3 ingredients and lots of berries!

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup strawberries, diced
- ¼ cup blueberries, diced
- ¼ cup raspberries, diced
- ¼ cup blackberries, diced
In a blender or my hand, mix heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract for about 30 seconds until well combined.
Pour mixture into a loaf pan or other freezer-friendly container. Stir in diced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
Cover and freeze overnight. Set out for 15 minutes at room temperature to soften before serving.
