Snowball Cookies Without Nuts
Snowball Cookies Without Nuts are crumbly, buttery Christmas cookies coated in layers upon layers of powdered sugar.

- ½ cup butter softened
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Cream the butter and sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla.
Add flour and salt and thoroughly mix. If using, add in chocolate chips and mix.
Shape the dough into small balls, about 1 tbsp of dough each. Coat in powdered sugar and place on a prepared cookie sheet.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and coat in additional powdered sugar. Repeat again once cooled if desired.
