This looks delicious! I haven’t had a cabbage roll in a long time and I can’t tell you how much I miss using my Instapot. Mine kiddo removed the pressure valve from mine and I can’t find it. I was actually looking over at it longingly the other day. Great recipe. It’s so nice to have a quick, delicious meal to serve during the week. I save my long meals for Sunday dinner.
I can’t say I’m familiar with or before heard of this dish but it’s such a hearty meal.
Sounds YUM! Just printed this and can’t wait to try this for St. Patrick’s Day. 🍀
This is quite easy and quite to make. Yet very scrumptious. I love the meaty tomato sauce and if pressure cooked it gets even quicker to make it. Plus the leafy veggies to top up nutrients. I like it. Xx
